9:10 a.m.- Appointment of 2005 Missouri State Convention Committee: Robert Olson-Chair Members-Ron Anderson, Brenda Clark, Judy Black, Ralph Shannon, Ron Himstedt, and Alicia Luna

Motion by Julie Hedrick to send the 6 appointed members of the Missouri State Convention Committee to Missouri State Convention at expense not to exceed $393.80 each. Motion passes. Note: Robert Olson not to be paid by Local.

9:13 a.m.- Delegates to 2005 MO-State Convention meet at Union Office at 7:30 a.m.

9:15 a.m.- Missouri State Convention Committee to meet after the April 05 Membership Meeting.

9:16 a.m.- New Business: USPS has mentioned they are putting in request for some new hire career employees. Various Grievances discussed.

9:17 am.- Motion to adjourn by Julie Hedrick. Motion passes.

9:04 a.m. - New Business: Motion by Ron Anderson to appoint one chairperson and four members for Election Committee with two alternates. Chairperson to be compensated .00 and each committee member .00. Motion passes.

9:07 a.m. - Addresses and Responses; Thank you from Salvation Army. Thank you from the Ozark Council of Churches.

9:10 a.m. - Ralph Shannon discussion about on-line Internet Glenstone Station.

9:27 a.m. - Tri State Convention March 17-20, 2005, Dubuque, Iowa. Motion Steve Black to send President, Secretary Treasurer, Maintenance Craft Director, Assistant Clerk Craft Director and Ralph Shannon to Tri State Convention (2005). Motion passes.

C) Bruce Lincoln motion to suspend membership business meeting 12/12/04 and have membership dinner with executive board meeting at 2:30 p.m. Motion passes.

D) Proposal to send a steward or officer to a Computer Seminar to be held in St Louis, MO. Bruce Lincoln made motion to lay on table. Motion passes.

E) Steve Black made motion to increase office managers’s salary 50 cents per hour as of 1/1/05 pay period. Motion passes.

9:33 a.m. - Stanley Sears and Ardis Crosby Sears made a presentation to L~ca~ 888 APWU, AFLCIO in appreciation of the efforts of the local officers and stewards.
